If the estimated volume is reached during packing and loading, Terra stops and asks for your authorization before adding more items. You remain in control of your shipment scope and cost.
Does Terra subcontract the move?
Terra coordinates the move from origin to destination. We work with vetted origin crews, freight carriers, and destination agents — but we do not simply sell the job away. Your coordinator manages the process throughout.
What is the difference between FCL and LCL?
FCL (Full Container Load) means your belongings fill an entire container. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your shipment shares container space with other shipments, usually at a lower cost but with slightly longer transit times.
How long does an international move take?
